"I know its been a couple of weeks now and I have been meaning to get in touch with you regarding our refinance. "I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for the outstanding manor in
which the recent refinance of my home was handled. From the beginning, I
felt at ease dealing with Eric. Wading through the myriad of mortgage offers
that are available both locally and on the Internet can be a daunting
proposition for one not in the business. Eric was straightforward and took
the time to talk with me about my options, as well as share his opinions of
current market trends. When it came time to make a decision who I would
trust to handle my refinance, there were several very competitive options.
The difference for me was the personal service that I felt like I could
count on from Abba First Mortgage. As the loan process moved forward, I had
a chance to work with several of the Abba First Mortgage staff. Joni,
Tiffani, and Maureen were all very professional in their roles, and inspired
confidence that the various elements of my transaction were being handled by
a company that was at ease handling the details.

As my closing date approached, my family received some bad news. We had an
unexpected death in the family that would necessitate our leaving town for a
few days. Although there is never a good time to receive this kind of news,
this was particularly concerning as my mortgage rate lock was set to expire
while we were away. Maureen couldn't have been more understanding, and made
it clear immediately that Abba First would do whatever was necessary to

be praying for our family during a difficult time.
